About In-App Purchases
Everything Deep Notes charges for, in plain language. This page exists to meet App Store Review Guideline 3.1.2, which requires that the length, price and content of a subscription are clear before you buy.
What's free and what's paid
Deep Notes is free to use as a notes, tasks, planner and calendar app. Recording and AI are the paid part.
Deep Notes Pro unlocks audio recording, automatic transcription, and AI-generated summaries, titles and action items — and includes 600 credits every week.
Notes you create while subscribed stay readable, editable and exportable if your subscription ends. We don't lock content you've already made behind the paywall.
How credits work
One credit is one minute of recording. 600 credits is ten hours of recording per week. Recording time is rounded up to the nearest minute, and imported audio files are counted by their duration in the same way.
Your 600 credits refresh at the start of each week. Unused weekly credits do not carry over — a new week starts at 600 whether or not you used last week's.
Every plan includes the same 600 credits per week. The plans differ in how often you are billed, not in how much recording you get.
Plans
| Plan | Billing | What you get | Price |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weekly | Every week | Pro access · 600 credits/week · 3-day free trial | Shown in the App Store |
| Monthly | Every month | Pro access · 600 credits/week | Shown in the App Store |
| Quarterly | Every 3 months | Pro access · 600 credits/week | Shown in the App Store |
| Annual | Every 12 months | Pro access · 600 credits/week · lowest weekly cost | Shown in the App Store |
Prices are set per country by Apple and are always displayed in your local currency on the purchase screen before you confirm.
Free trial
The weekly plan includes three days free for users who have not had a trial or subscription for Deep Notes before. You get full Pro access during the trial, including the 600-credit weekly allowance.
The trial converts into a paid weekly subscription automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. If you buy a subscription before the trial is over, the remaining trial time is forfeited.
Extra credits
If you need more than ten hours in a week, you can buy extra credits. These are one-time purchases, not subscriptions — they do not renew and they are not charged again.
| Pack | Recording time | Price |
|---|---|---|
| 120 credits | 2 hours | Shown in the App Store |
| 300 credits | 5 hours | Shown in the App Store |
| 600 credits | 10 hours | Shown in the App Store |
Purchased credits never expire. They stay in your account week after week, they are not affected when your weekly allowance refreshes, and you keep them if your subscription ends or you cancel — you can still use them without an active subscription.
Your weekly allowance is always used first. Purchased credits are only drawn on after the current week's 600 are gone, so you never spend a pack you paid for while you still have included time left.
Auto-renewal and cancelling
Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Apple charges the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
To cancel, open the Settings app on your device, tap your name, tap Subscriptions, choose Deep Notes and turn off auto-renewal. You can also reach this from Settings → Subscription inside Deep Notes.
Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not end the period you have already paid for — Pro access continues until that period runs out. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.
Refunds
Apple, not Zoka Yazılım, is the seller for all in-app purchases, so we cannot issue refunds ourselves. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you are a consumer in the EU, UK or Türkiye, your statutory rights are described in our Terms of Service.
Restoring purchases
Your subscription and your credit balance follow your account, not your device. Sign in to Deep Notes with the same account and tap Restore Purchases in Settings to recover Pro access on a new device. Your purchased credit balance is stored on our servers and appears automatically. Note that the purchase itself is tied to the Apple Account that paid for it, so restore from that Apple Account.
